Do you handle property finances?

We do not handle finances. That would require a full-time accountant and all kinds of regulations.

Do you offer a junk removal crew?

We do, we have several staff members who work with us frequently, and for bigger projects, we call in assistance from family or friends who have helped support us over the years. We are always fully insured with a workers compensation policy as well, there is no need to worry about that!

What area (cities/towns) do you serve?

We serve the entire "North Shore " area. East of 495 and north of Boston would be the best way to describe our service area. But give us a call, even if you are outside that area, we may be able to help!

What services does Locke Property Services offer?  

We provide comprehensive property management, including security checks, project facilitation, junk removal, dumpster rentals, clean-outs, snow removal, and excavation. We can handle a wide variety of projects and are a fully licensed Massachusetts General Contractor.

How can Locke Property Services help landlords with maintenance between tenants?  

We manage day-to-day tasks like plumbing, electrical issues, painting, and more, ensuring your property is ready for new tenants without the hassle. We handle all the turnover, cleaning, and facilitation of getting your income property ready for its next resident! Don’t worry about it, we can handle it!

How quickly can Locke Property Services respond to emergencies?

Our emergency response services are available 24/7 to address alarms, fires, floods, and other urgent issues promptly.

Can Locke Property Services customize service packages based on specific needs?  

We tailor our services to fit your unique requirements, whether it's a one-time clean-out or ongoing property management, just give us a call and we can handle anything.

How does Locke Property Services ensure the safety and security of my property? 

We conduct thorough security checks and maintain constant vigilance to ensure your property is secure, even during extended periods of vacancy. We visit the property personally check all areas of concern and report to you in detail what we found or didn't find!

Can you help me find reliable tradespeople?

We absolutely can! This is one of our specialties at Locke Property Services. Facilitation of projects falls under our property management umbrella. We have a vast network of reliable tradespeople that we have fostered relationships with for years. We never recommend anyone that we would not have work in our home!

My family member passed away, do you offer clean-out services?

We do, and again something we specialize in. First, I want to say we are sorry for your loss and understand personally the stress that goes with these types of situations. Allow us to help you come up with a plan for your loved one's belongings and help you make that transition. We do our best to upcycle, donate, rehome, or reuse items as well so that your loved one can pay it forward to those that may be less fortunate or in need.

Yes, we prioritize recycling, donating, and repurposing items to minimize landfill waste whenever possible.

What sizes of dumpsters are available for rent, and what are they suitable for?

We offer 10-yard and 15-yard dumpsters ideal for various needs, from home renovations to yard clean-ups. Each size has specific load limits and usage scenarios. Give us a call to discuss your needs, and we can point you in the right direction.

Do you work with realtors and other professionals to assist with property transitions?  

Yes, we collaborate with real estate agents, funeral home directors, and other partners to help manage property clean-outs and transitions efficiently. We also work with local nonprofits in order to upcycle or donate as much as we can.

Who oversees the day-to-day operations at Locke Property Services? 

Chris and Andrea Locke personally handle all client interactions and operational aspects of the business, ensuring a high standard of service.

Are your services insured and licensed?  

Yes, Locke Property Services is fully licensed and insured, providing added protection and confidence for our clients.
