We do not handle finances. That would require a full-time accountant and all kinds of regulations.   

We do, we have several staff members who work with us frequently, and for bigger projects, we call in assistance from family or friends who have helped support us over the years. We are always fully insured with a workers compensation policy as well, there is no need to worry about that!

We have a vast network of reliable tradespeople that we have fostered relationships with for years. We never recommend anyone that we would not have work in our home!

Yes, we collaborate with real estate agents, funeral home directors, and other partners to help manage property clean-outs and transitions efficiently. We also work with local nonprofits in order to upcycle or donate as much as we can.
